📦 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an extra ₹70 will be charged
• Some remote or out-of-service areas may have additional delivery fees

🕒 Shipping & Delivery Time

• We usually ship orders within 3–4 business days
• Once shipped, delivery can take 0–12 business days, depending on your location
• We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched

🚛 Shipping Method

We use standard shipping for all deliveries across India.
Currently, we do not offer express or same-day delivery options.

📮 Shipping Limitations

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses
• We may refuse to ship to any location we consider unreliable or unsafe

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You’ll get an email with your tracking link
• You can also track your order by logging into your SNAPTHREADZ account

📦 Damaged Items?

If your package arrives damaged, don’t worry!

We’ll help with a replacement or full refund based on the situation.
